The following is a promotion for the U of T Movement clinic series, and is in no way affiliated with the U of T Ironsports Club.
Learn the basic principles needed to perform common "pull" upper body exercises, such as chin-ups, pull-ups, and bent-over-rows. At the conclusion of the clinic, you will understand how what you learned can be used for other upper body pull exercises and how you can integrate them into your strength training program.
