So you’re curious about strength training or you’ve already been training for a while. You’re looking to meet other students like you: intelligent, ambitious, hard-working, and interested in staying healthy. Or maybe, that’s the kind of person you want to become. 

We’re here to provide you with the community & resources you need to start lifting. If you already train, we can help you get better. 

For some, lifting can be meditation, for others, picking heavy things up and putting them down is just a great way to de-stress with your friends. Our members know, regardless of how life, work, & school go - 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

The price is a $20 deposit, to be refunded to your credit card shortly after the competition.

If you are a woman, you will be competing on March 25th. If you are a man, whether you compete on March 24th or 25th will be determined based on your bodyweight and opening attempts, with higher of either making it more likely for you to be on the heavyweight day. In the past, the cutoff has been a bodyweight of approximately 70kg, but we are open to moving people around (within reason) based on availability and/or wanting to lift on the same day as friends.

If you need to withdraw before the competition, please let us know at at least 2 days before the competition.
